Sangay has long-time passion for travel and hospitability service. He has 11 years of working experience at AMAN in Bhutan – one of the most luxuries Resort in the Kingdom. During his time at AMAN as Front Office to Assistant Reservations Manager, he has created many guests experiences in a way that most never will.
After a remarkable 11 years of service in AMAN, Sangay eventually decided to go out on his own to broaden the horizon to share that passion for adventure and immeasurable experiences. Sangay was in Beijing for a year to study elementary Chinese language and literature. Combining founder’s goodwill, experiences, longstanding relationships, passion for tourism and his profession in customizing journeys, Sangay has decided to join Bhutan Concierge a travel company that focuses exclusively to create lifetime experience in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Sangay is career oriented and he pursue his career with high enthusiasm regardless of reward and recognition. He believes that lifetime experience is within the personal touch. Thus, focusing on interacting with guests, understanding their needs, and offering guests an experience that will meet and possibly exceed their expectations is what he loves the most.
Yeshi, a native Bhutanese, has a strong passion for travel and delivering excellent guest experiences. He shares with Bhutan Concierge his 18 years of work experience in Asia and Europe with some of the finest hotel companies. Yeshi founded Bhutan Concierge with a goal to offer his guests with highly desirable Bhutan experiences that are distinctively personalized and paired seamlessly with exceptional service delivered by well-trained concierge managers, tour guides and drivers.
Although he is not involved in day to day operation, he constantly guides his executive managers and operation experts to improve and enhance guest experiences. He believes every tour to the last remaining Buddhist Kingdom on Earth should be unique, exclusive and carefully crafted.

Sonam decided to become a tour guide as he loves to meet new people, learn about their cultures and share his passion and knowledge of his native country, which gave him the opportunity to extensively travel around Bhutan taking his guest from the renowned Tiger nest Temple close to Paro to the remote valleys of Lhuntse and Yangtse. After 7 years touring Bhutan with customers, he left the country for 9 months to travel and learn Chinese.
Sonam is passionate about his country, he loves to trek, and through his previous journey in Bhutan, he has acquire all the knowledge and contacts to make our guests travel aspirations happen.With a very curious personality, Sonam loves nothing more than experiencing new foods and meeting the locals while he is traveling to new countries.

Alexia is a travel enthusiast who lives and breathes all things Asia. Since she first moved in Asia 11 years ago after completing a bachelor degree in tourism and hospitality, Alexia explores and discovers this wonderful continent regularly, her travel experience range from taking small pirogues on the Mekong, to witness the sun rise over the Bagan temples or snorkel in the turquoise water of the Andaman sea.
Her favorite Asian experience of all have been visiting Bhutan, the “Last Shangri La”. Alexia considers a visit to such a preserve destination a rare opportunity and an enlightening experience. With over 6 years in the travel industry, tailoring personalized holidays to South-East Asia, Alexia draws from her experiences to create itineraries with equally inspiring moments for her clients.
